The guided meditations in Module 2 made me tap into some emotions I'm normally not comfortable getting into. Jess was a great guide to help me listen to the whispers of the intelligence of my body (that I previously wasn't hearing.) Jess is very intuitive about what you need to work on and picks meditations and exercises that are catered for you specifically, and if something isn't working she's not afraid to change it to something that works for you!
