What I found so useful during the session is how you were able to connect so much of my astrological natal chart to so many of the chronic patterns that I've been struggling with. This gave me powerful new insights & a way to unhook from taking these things so personally or seriously. Seeing these struggles from my higher soul purpose or soul mission feels more empowering. I also loved the guided meditation at the end of the session. Your gentle loving guidance along with the crystal bowls took me deep into the visual journey. I felt myself slip into deep alpha brain waves and came out of the meditation feeling grounded, connected & at peace.
