From July 4-7th, 2025 in the Highlands of Scotland, we will be spending time honoring our sacred inner temple in the magical outer landscape of Inverness. Every day we will be traversing the conscious and subconscious mind by:

  • Starting the day with breathwork + yoga

  • Diving into the subconscious with shadow work + past life regression

  • Taking solo or group nature walks around the grounds of Anam Cara

Why rewild with me?

Jess Luibrand is a Master Energy + Sound Healing Practitioner & Facilitator with 15 years experience. She is a beloved teacher of Meditation, Biofield Tuning, Sound Healing, Pranic Healing, and all things Holistic Health.

With an overwhelming 15 years of experience specializing in energy and sound healing, I have dedicated my life to guiding others on their journey to self-discovery and inner peace. My certifications in sound healing, energy healing, breathwork, and mindfulness practices are complemented by a deep understanding of the transformative power of nature, which I have cultivated through my travels to some of the world’s most serene and sacred landscapes. From the tranquil forests of the Pacific Northwest to the mystical mountains of the Himalayas, I have immersed myself in diverse cultures and practices, all of which inform my unique approach to guiding others.

My journey has taken me across continents, where I have learned from indigenous healers, spiritual teachers, and ancient traditions, enriching my practice with a global perspective. For 7 days in July 2025, you’ll immerse yourself in the pristine beauty of the Scottish landscape, surrounded by rolling hills, tranquil lochs, and ancient forests. FAQ

  • Your flight is not included in the price of the ReWilding Retreat.

    Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat center. The nearest airport is Inverness, from which a shuttle or car hire can be arranged.

    Detailed travel information, including directions and transportation options, will be provided upon registration.

    Scottish weather is unpredictable! Participants are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing suitable for both indoor practices and outdoor excursions. Packing layers, waterproof gear, and sturdy walking shoes is recommended. Don't forget a journal for reflection, a reusable water bottle, and any personal items that help you feel grounded and relaxed.

  • Travel Insurance

    • You are responsible for you! As noted in the registration form all Off-site adventures are at your own risk and we recommend getting travel insurance.

    Weather

    • Pack accordingly for Scotland weather - which is unpredictable. Even though it will be summer prepare for rain, hiking and comfy clothes to keep you warm

    What will I need to bring?

    • I recommend bringing a journal, water bottle, and comfy + warm clothes. Anam Cara does have yoga mats!

    • Please bring an open mind, and an open heart. We will be sharing in vulnerable community spaces and respect towards one another is expected. We will be creating mandalas, setting intentions and manifesting. Please be open to trying new practices / modalities / therapies.

    • Bring snacks, especially if you eat meat, bring some jerky. Anam Cara is vegan / vegetarian and will not be able to accommodate carnivores (except for eggs!)

    Listen to your body

    • If you need to sit out of a session that is absolutely no problem just please let me or Craig know! We honor your intuitive trust in knowing what is best for you.

    Payment

    • A deposit of $500 after you get accepted to the retreat. You will receive an email with the payment information.

    • The rest of the payment $1000 will be due in February 2025. There will be an email sent out to remind you!

    Digital Detox

    • We highly recommend turning your phone on airplane through the retreat to ensure your awareness and attention is deeply inside your body and the present moment.

    • In the spirit of community we help out after meals, taking turns washing up

  • 7:00 AM – Morning Meditation and Breathwork

    • Begin your day with a peaceful meditation session, followed by guided breathwork to center yourself and set a positive tone for the day ahead.

    8:00 AM – Nourishing Breakfast

    • Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing breakfast with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, prepared to support your body and mind.

    9:00 AM – Guided / Solo Nature Walk

    • Embark on a guided nature walk through the stunning Scottish Highlands. Breathe in the crisp air, soak in the serene landscapes, and connect with the natural world around you.

    11:00 AM – Sound Healing Session

    • Return to the retreat center for a powerful sound healing session. Allow the soothing vibrations to help you release tension and access deeper states of relaxation and healing.

    1:00 PM – Lunch

    • Gather for a delicious, healthy lunch, providing you with the energy to continue your day’s journey.

    2:30 PM – Visit to a Sacred Site / Standing Stone Circle

    • Travel to a nearby sacred site, such as an ancient stone circle or a historical ruin. Engage in a guided exploration of the site’s energy and significance, allowing its timeless wisdom to enrich your experience.

    5:00 PM – Free Time for Reflection or Exploration

    • Take this time to rest, reflect, or explore the surrounding area on your own. You might choose to journal, meditate, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the retreat center.

    7:00 PM – Dinner

    • Share a delightful dinner with your fellow participants, enjoying conversation and the sense of community that has developed throughout the retreat.

    8:30 PM – Evening Circle and Integration

    • Gather for an evening circle to share your experiences and insights from the day. This is a time for reflection, connection, and integration, helping you to process and internalize the day’s teachings.

    10:00 PM – Quiet Time and Rest

Accommodations and Meals

Participants will stay at the Anam Cara Retreat Center, which offers comfortable, cozy accommodations designed to enhance your retreat experience. Rooms are shared to foster a sense of community, with private options available upon request. The retreat includes nourishing, locally sourced VEGAN/ VEGETARIAN meals, prepared with care to support your body’s healing and well-being. Food allergies can be accommodated with advance notice.

Carnivores: please plan appropriately and bring non-fridgerated snacks and treats like beef jerky. Refrigerator space is limited and Anam Cara cannot store snacks for us.

A deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat, with the balance due closer to the event date. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. However, to ensure that the retreat is viable, we do have cut-off dates for refunds, which will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Digital Detox

To help you fully immerse in the retreat experience, we encourage a digital detox during your stay. While emergency contact information will be provided, we ask that participants minimize their use of electronic devices to deepen their connection with themselves and the natural surroundings.

Community and Shared Space

The retreat will foster a sense of community, with shared meals, group activities, and communal living spaces. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. We ask participants to be respectful and mindful of the shared spaces and to approach the retreat with an open and supportive attitude.

What’s Included

The retreat fee includes accommodations, all meals, guided activities, and excursions. You’ll only need to cover your travel expenses to and from the retreat center, as well as any personal items or souvenirs you wish to purchase.
