Through my years of work as a sound healer, yoga, and meditation teacher, I have witnessed how intentional breath can align the body and mind, release trauma, and create space. This has deepened my understanding of the breath as a sacred tool for returning home to oneself.

Breath is a bridge between the body, mind and spirit. It is the foundation of life, a gateway to transformation and a profound tool for healing. As a lifelong student of the breath, I am deeply passionate about helping others connect to its innate wisdom and power.
For over a decade, I have been working with the breath in a variety of modalities to support personal growth, healing, and transformation. My journey began as a dedicated yogi at the age of 20, leading me to complete my yoga teacher training in 2014. Through this, I developed a deep understanding of the breath as both a physical and spiritual practice, learning to guide others in connecting with their bodies, calming their minds, and expanding their awareness through pranayama and mindful breathing techniques.
As a sound healer for over 15 years, I have used the breath to help clients ground themselves, release trauma, and align with their authentic selves. In my sound healing sessions, I integrate guided breathing techniques to support the body’s natural ability to heal and transform, creating a safe and sacred space for deep emotional release and renewal.
In addition to my sound healing work, I am also a meditation teacher, where breathwork has been a cornerstone of my coaching practice. I have guided countless individuals in using their breath to deepen their meditation practice, overcome stress and anxiety, and cultivate a profound sense of presence and peace.
While my practical experience with breathwork spans many years, I completed a formal breathwork certification to deepen my knowledge and refine my skills in January 2025. This internationally-recognized Trauma Aware Breath Coach Training Certification through Yoga Alliance is an additional layer to my longstanding expertise, ensuring that I bring you the most effective and up-to-date tools in the field of wellness.
