Sonic Soul Retrieval is the culmination of all my life’s experiences, certifications, lessons, travels, and teachings—a reflection of my curious journey that has shaped me into the shamanic healer I am today. I am not a healer who leans into toxic positivity or preaches love and light without acknowledging the depths of our humanity. I walk the path of the shamanic guide, fully embracing the shadow as a source of profound transformation.
Through astral traveling, lucid dreaming, divination, and other mystical practices, like the profoundness and simplicity of the breath, I help integrate the human spirit by loving the darkness as deeply as I love the light.

In my work, I call upon my own Divine Feminine to hold space for this alchemy, weaving compassion with ferocity, softness with strength. To integrate all aspects of your being, my sessions are deeply sensory. I weave Koshi elemental chimes, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and other sacred instruments alongside your own inner light to bring every layer of your being into harmony. My lifelong exploration of the occult informs my work as well; I use Tarot cards, astrological insights, and other tools to help guide you back to your true nature.
I have worked in various scientific + research capacities that intersected and contributed to the energy medicine realm since 2010, bridging traditional scientific approaches with holistic healing methodologies.
