Biofield Tuning
Biofield Tuning is a modality that uses sound waves to relax the physical body. I work in the electromagnetic field of the body and restore balance by working with tuning forks that produce coherent waveforms. This soothes the nervous system through resonance and entrainment so that healing can occur. Biofield Tuning helps to bring you back into energetic wholeness by releasing subconscious blocks that keep you stuck repeating the same patterns.
Breathwork
Breath is a bridge between the body, mind and spirit. As a lifelong student of the breath, I am deeply passionate about helping others connect to its innate wisdom and power. For over a decade, I have been working with the breath in a variety of modalities to support personal growth, healing, and transformation. I developed a deep understanding of the breath as both a physical and spiritual practice, learning to guide others in connecting with their bodies, calming their minds, and expanding their awareness through pranayama and mindful breathing techniques.
Pranic Healing + Reiki
Reiki was my gentle introduction into Energy Medicine when I was 20 years old. This journey began when I first felt the profound connection between the unseen energy fields that surround and permeate us. Pranic Healing expanded my ability to perceive, cleanse, and energize the biofields of others, working with prana—the life force that sustains and rejuvenates us. My time teaching Pranic Healing in San Diego was a profound experience, enabling me to share this empowering modality with countless individuals seeking balance, clarity, and healing.
Sonic Soul Retrieval
Sonic Soul Retrieval is a sound and energy healing system used to help release the body and biofield from intergenerational and ancestral trauma, and even past lives in order live elevated and inspired! Sonic Soul Retrieval works with the omnipresent magic of the world around us - with sound, light, colors, crystals and energies from the natural world.
Yoga + Events
I offer sound healing events locally in the Bay Area + Baja, MX. I host Sound and Energy Healing Group sessions, Meditation Circles and Crystal Bowl + Restorative Yoga.
I have been hosting these events since 2015 and have brought them from the beaches of San Diego, California to the snow capped mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona to the jungle of Costa Rica and the dynamic + vastly different Bay Area + Baja. I cherish being able to host these events for the community to gather safely. I love holding space for people to be vulnerable, to be open and honest, and have a sacred place to heal.
