  • If you are an empath, lightworker, healer, highly sensitive person OR have any interest in understanding yourself, your relationship, and how you relate to your external world then YES! You are a great candidate! We will be working on deeply understanding ourselves and the space in between us and everything else. We all know thoughts create actions, this class helps to center your thoughts in alignment with your goals so that you Wildish Wolfish self can emerge. This class is informative, educational, and playful! Even if you are just 'beginning' your personal journey and quest toward understanding yourself, this class is customized to you!

  • The class is one on one working with me for 5 weeks. We will meet together once a week for about 2 hours diving deep into all self-discovery topics to best support you after you graduate. You will be learning tools and techniques to use in real time - and to instill this you will have homework throughout the class! You will be doing deeply healing meditations and visualizations to learn more about yourself and your subconscious. You will be supported by me during class and afterwards and be able to join a whatsapp group with our community!

  • You will need a computer, internet connection, basic knowledge of Zoom or equivalent and a quiet distraction-free zone to work! I humbly ask that you carve out time to do this so you can soak up as much information as you can!

  • That is totally reasonable! It's scary to invest in yourself. You are being challenged to show up and do the work and that can always feel daunting.
