I have studied the Human Biofield since 2010 through the lens of the Thermosphere and then with a broader perspective in 2014 while working at a subtle energy laboratory. Here I quantified and qualified energy healing practitioners, devices and products under a PhD mentor using a variety of subtle energy measuring devices.

Sound and energy healing is a non-invasive holistic therapy that aims to balance the energy within and around the body. It works by restoring the natural flow of energy and removing any blockages or disruptions that may be causing physical, mental or emotional imbalances. A long long time ago in science class in third grade we learned that everything in the universe is made of vibrating atoms; including us. If we are suffering from a vibrational imbalance (disease), we know, through the art science of resonance and entrainment, that this imbalanced energy can be brought to harmony by introducing a consistent coherent tone.
Play! Be your own citizen scientist. If you play music and have an instrument out of tune (imbalanced), have a friend play a chord and tune your guitar to that chord. Your ‘listening’ is resonance and your ability to tune the instrument to match the chord is ‘entrainment.’

Yes, sound and energy healing is considered safe and non-invasive. It is a gentle and natural therapy that is suitable for all ages and can be used alongside other forms of treatment. It works with your existing and innate energy to improve and balance your body’s systems; nothing ‘artificial’ is added.

Sound and energy healing works by tapping into the body’s natural healing abilities and redirecting energy to areas that need it most. This can be done through various techniques such as Biofield Tuning, Reiki, Sonic Soul Retrieval, Crystal bowls, and Pranic Healing. Sound & energy healing are complementary therapies that can be used alongside traditional medical treatment, based on the belief that everything is made up of energy, including our bodies. There have been many studies proving the efficacy of sound and energy healing and please remember: Traditional Chinese Medicine is 5,000 years old and ancient Ayurvedic Medicine is debated to be 10,000 years old! Western science is just developing the instruments to measure and quantify what Eastern theories have been saying all along.

Sound and energy healing can help with a wide range of physical and emotional conditions such as chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and fatigue. It can also promote relaxation, boost the immune system, and improve overall well-being by facilitating a calmer nervous system. We do not claim to diagnose or cure.

The number of sessions needed will depend on your individual needs and goals; as well as how long and the severity of the issue that you are dealing with. Once we start working together, I can advise you on the recommended number of sessions for your specific needs.

Distance and in-person sessions are done the same way!
During the session, in-person or distance, you will typically lie down while I work on balancing your energy. You may feel a sense of warmth, tingling, or relaxation during the session. Afterward, you may feel more energized, relaxed, or calm. It is also important to come well hydrated, comfortable, and with an open mind and a willingness to receive the healing energy.
I started writing this blog in 2017 when I went to Thailand the first time with an ex-boyfriend. I am finishing this blog in Thailand in 2025 after a break up with my more recent (ex) boyfriend.
